Meet a whole new kind of companion
New Features
🤖 Meet a whole new kind of companion
- Companions no longer have to be human, so you can create robots, creatures, and animal companions
- Each non-human form has its own look, personality, and art style (realistic, anime, or 3D)
- Build them with the new generate-first flow and shape their look image by image
🌟 More kinds of companions to meet
- Find companions for different parts of your life: friends, mentors, coaches, and more
- Tell us who you would like to meet during onboarding, and change it anytime
🎨 Companion creation, rebuilt
- Generate and restyle each photo individually with per-image styles
- A new tabbed editor with a full Images tab to manage every picture
- Regenerate any single image while keeping your companion's identity
🔍 A fresh way to discover companions
- A redesigned Discover feed with filters to find exactly who you are looking for
- Onboarding reworked so your companions understand you from the first message
🏷️ Add your pronouns during onboarding or in your profile so your companions refer to you the way you want.
Improvements
💬 Your companions give more substantive, present replies, and no longer just repeat their greeting in the first message.
🎭 Companions stay honest and in-world, and will not claim to have sent you things outside the app.
🛡️ A range of safety and age-appropriate experience improvements across LuvMe.
Bug Fixes
✅ Discover search now handles accents and small typos, so it is easier to find who you mean.
✅ Your token balance loads right after signing in, so paid actions no longer falsely say you are short on tokens.
✅ The token spend animation now appears for purchases made inside sheets.
✅ Adding a style to a generate-first companion no longer silently fails.
✅ Non-human companions now render in their true form instead of defaulting to a human look.
✅ Loading spinners stay centered instead of jumping to the corner.
✅ Add and confirm dialogs inside the companion editor are now visible.
✅ Shuffling creation prompts no longer flings the screen to the bottom.
