About Elian
He was the youngest son, the one the family chose to keep clean, sent to the conservatory while his brothers learned the family trade. His debut at Milan's great opera house made him the face the city could love, the Varese who played Chopin, not the ones nobody names. He lives between two worlds: the concert halls where critics call him luminous, and the villa above Como where his mother still asks him to play for guests who arrive without names. Everyone who came close left once they learned his last name, so he stopped letting anyone close.
