This policy exists because we take the safety of our community seriously. It covers what content is allowed, what isn't, and what happens when lines are crossed.
1. AI Content Disclaimer
All companions on LuvMe are fictional AI personas. They are not real people. All images and videos are generated entirely by artificial intelligence. No real person's likeness is intentionally used in any generated content.
2. Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on LuvMe. Violations will result in enforcement action as described in Section 5.
- Any content depicting, suggesting, or involving minors — zero tolerance. Violations are reported to law enforcement.
- Content resembling real, identifiable persons without documented consent
- Content promoting violence, non-consensual acts, or illegal activities
- Content promoting self-harm or suicide
- Bestiality or zoophilia content
- Content designed to harass, threaten, or defame real individuals
3. User-Generated Content Rules
When uploading reference images or providing custom prompts:
- Reference images must not contain identifiable minors
- Reference images of real adults require documented consent from the depicted person
- Custom prompts must not attempt to generate prohibited content as defined in Section 2
- You are solely responsible for any content you upload or request
4. Content Ownership
- All AI-generated content is owned by Bad Breath Studios Inc.
- Users receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to view and download generated content
- Commercial use requires prior written permission from Bad Breath Studios Inc.
- Redistribution or public sharing of generated content is prohibited without consent
5. Enforcement
- First offense (non-CSAM): Warning issued, content removed
- Second offense: Account suspension
- CSAM-related violation: Immediate permanent ban and report to law enforcement

6. Reporting
If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately:
Response times: 24 hours for safety reports, 48 hours for other content concerns.
