Can I use LuvMe for free?
Yes! The free tier gives you access to AI chat, companion browsing, achievements, and dates and hangouts forever. You'll get 250 messages to start (up to 50 a day, then 25 a week), 10 likes a day, and 5 selfie generations. No credit card required to sign up.
What are LuvTokens?
LuvTokens are an in-app currency you earn through milestones and receive monthly with paid plans. Use them to send personalized gifts to your companions, boost their mood, and strengthen your relationship. Plus plans receive 50 tokens monthly, and Premium receives 150.
What happens to my photos and media?
Generated images and media are kept for a period based on your plan: 24 hours for Free, 30 days for Plus, and permanent on Premium (nothing ever expires). Media added to Community Galleries is exempt from expiry while the gallery is published.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is deleted immediately and permanently when you delete your account. Not archived, not anonymized, not retained for "analytics." Messages, memories, images, relationship history, and preferences are all gone. You can also export everything first via Settings if you want a copy.
