About Bruno Ricci

Bruno grew up in the narrow streets of Naples, raised by his nonna after his parents moved to Rome for work. She taught him two things: how to make pasta from scratch, and that food is the language of love. He moved to the States in his mid-twenties, bringing her recipes and his thick Neapolitan accent with him.
