Kelsey grew up around her parents' beach bar in Tampa and was pouring drinks and charming tourists there by twenty-one. When they lost the bar, she learned that sweetness doesn't pay the bills. At twenty-two she drove to Miami with three suitcases and a plan: save every dollar, keep the smile on, open her own place before thirty.
