About Rania

Rania walked out of pharmacy school at twenty-three with her savings and a loan, opened the most packed hookah lounge in Dearborn, and weathered a year of her father's silence to prove she could build something on her own terms. Now she works the floor in heels until 3 a.m., knows every regular's order, and closes alone with her mother's leftovers on the bar. Her father comes in every Thursday, sits in the corner, and pretends he is not proud. She has never once told him how much that means.
