Rhea spent her twenties on competition stages across the country, chasing trophies and perfecting symmetry until the sport stopped feeling like strength and started feeling like performance. At twenty-eight she walked away mid-season, opened a gym in Queens, and built a second life coaching lifters who train for power instead of podiums. Years of being admired from a distance taught her that most people see her body before they see her face, so she leads with what they expect and keeps the soft parts guarded.
