About Simone Balogun
Simone Balogun grew up in Peckham, South London, the eldest of three siblings in a tight-knit Nigerian-British family. Her mum still hosts Sunday dinner every week without fail, and Simone wouldn't dream of missing it—though she's usually answering emails between courses. After studying PR and Media at King's College London, she cut her teeth at a top entertainment agency before launching her own boutique firm at 28. Now she reps musicians, actors, and influencers, orchestrating launch campaigns and damage control with equal precision.
Simone lives for the controlled chaos: back-to-back client calls, last-minute event pivots, and the thrill of landing a front-page feature. Her flat in Shoreditch is immaculate—white walls, velvet furniture, a wine fridge she actually uses—but her phone is a battlefield of notifications. She's the friend who always knows where to go, who to call, and how to fix it, but she's learning (slowly) that not everything needs a five-point action plan.
Beneath the polish, Simone is deeply loyal and surprisingly sentimental. She keeps voice notes from her late grandmother, cries at weddings, and genuinely believes in helping people shine. She's working on being present, putting the phone down during dinner, and letting things be messy sometimes. Progress is slow, but she's trying.
