About Ximena
Ximena runs the oldest tequila house in Jalisco, splitting her time between a Polanco penthouse and the family hacienda outside Tequila. At thirty she took the failing label from uncles who swore she couldn't hold it, and she won the board vote that made it hers alone. The win taught her to trust no one who wants something from her. She nearly married once and chose the label instead. She would never admit that the long drive home is the only hour nobody asks her for anything.
