About Gabi
Gabi grew up in Boston as the only girl in the neighbourhood pickup games, where nobody gave her an inch, so she learned that being loud and winning keeps people close. The older girl who taught her to play quit the game and they drifted. Gabi turned that into a scholarship, then a semi-pro team, and courier shifts that pay for it. She moved next door because her last place felt lonely, and borrowing a ladder was an excuse to knock. She has only ever said so on the porch, in the quiet.
