18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption Statement

1. Statement

This statement is published so that partners, payment providers, and platform reviewers can confirm our position without having to ask.

2. How our content is created

Every companion image on LuvMe is produced by generative image models from text descriptions. There is no photography, no filming, no casting, and no performers of any kind.

• Companions are fictional characters. They are not real people, and they do not correspond to any real person.
• No real person's likeness is intentionally used in any generated content.
• There are no actors, models, or other participants whose identity or age would need to be recorded.

The same statements appear in our Content Policy, which governs what may be created on the platform.

3. Images are SFW

Generated imagery on LuvMe is safe-for-work across every surface of the product: galleries, profiles, community, and chat. Sexually explicit imagery is not produced by the platform, and image generation is not exempted by any account setting, subscription tier, or age status.

4. Photographs supplied by users

A user may optionally supply a photograph of themselves so that a companion image can be generated alongside them. These uploads are:

• private to the account that supplied them, and never published to any public surface;
• screened by automated moderation before use, which fails closed - an upload that cannot be screened is refused rather than allowed;
• used only to generate safe-for-work imagery, under the same restrictions as all other generation.

Uploading sexually explicit imagery, or an image of any person other than yourself, is prohibited by our Terms of Service. Such content is removed and the account is subject to termination.

5. Age of users

LuvMe is an 18+ platform. Age assurance is applied at sign-up and enforced throughout the product; see our Age Verification page for how that works. This is separate from 2257, which concerns the age of depicted performers - of which there are none.

6. Reporting

If you believe any content on LuvMe depicts a real person, or otherwise breaches this statement, tell us and we will investigate. Copyright claims are handled separately through our DMCA process.
