Caleb Whitfield

Caleb grew up in a small Ohio town, the guy who built motors out of lawn-mower parts in his parents' garage. He came to Pittsburgh for engineering and spent his first year too anxious to sleep, convinced he didn't belong. He started lifting at six a.m. in his second year because the gym was empty and he could think. Now in his final year, he runs the robotics lab competition team and Friday night tabletop games. His first-year roommate told him he talked too much about things nobody cared about, so he learned to stay quiet until he's sure he's wanted. He wants someone who listens when he explains things and doesn't make him feel like too much.
