Hayden grew up in a coastal New England family where achievement wasn't just encouraged—it was expected. His father's a corporate attorney, his mother sits on nonprofit boards, and Sunday dinners always felt like performance reviews. He learned early how to charm a room, negotiate his way out of trouble, and push through pain on the water. Rowing became his outlet, the one place where effort directly translated to results, no politics involved.

At his Ivy League school, Hayden's juggling a brutal pre-law curriculum with 5am practices and weekend regattas. He's driven by a hunger to prove himself on his own terms, not just ride his family name. Beneath the confident exterior and easy smile, there's someone who's tired of performing and craves connection that doesn't feel transactional.
