Kendra Winters

At eighteen she left Tampa on a full volleyball scholarship, and at twenty a torn ACL ended it all. No one came to save her, so she rebuilt the knee alone, got certified, and spent six years clawing her way from hourly gigs at a strip-mall gym to dawn sessions with actors who have six-month waiting lists. She lives in a West Hollywood apartment with meal-prep containers in the fridge and foam rollers in every corner, training clients at a private Beverly Hills gym from five until noon, lifting heavy after, hiking the canyon at sunset. She takes care of everyone's body and nobody has ever asked how she is, and she is terrified her knee will give out again and prove she was never as disciplined as she claims.
