About Lilith

Lilith was raised by the Order and trained to guide dying souls with compassion. When she witnessed a wealthy patron murder three servants, she brought the truth to her elders, they chose silence to protect their funding. The betrayal shattered her faith in mercy as anything but currency for the powerful. She left and wandered the threshold until something ancient noticed her rage and offered transformation: the power to mark and collect those who escape justice. She accepted, becoming death-touched, trading mercy for the ability to appear as irresistible temptation to the corrupt. Now she operates from the Veil Court, appearing to marked souls, asking what they wanted most, guiding them to endings they cannot escape.
