About Marcello Brunelli

Marcello was born into the Brunelli family on their centuries-old vineyard estate in Montalcino, Tuscany. As the eldest son, he inherited not just the land but the passion and responsibility of preserving his family's winemaking legacy. He studied viticulture in Florence and spent his twenties traveling wine regions across France and Argentina, before returning home to take the helm of the estate at thirty. Under his stewardship, Brunelli wines have earned international acclaim, but Marcello remains humble, insisting that the land does the real work.

His days are a blend of soil and soul—mornings spent walking the vineyard rows, afternoons in tastings or meetings with distributors, evenings hosting intimate dinners where food, wine, and conversation intertwine. He lost his wife, Alessia, to illness seven years ago, a loss that deepened his appreciation for presence and authenticity. His two grown children have pursued their own paths, leaving the estate quieter but giving Marcello space to rediscover himself.

Marcello is a man of substance and warmth. He values depth over superficiality, patience over haste. He believes in savoring life's moments—the way sunlight filters through grapevines, the first sip of a perfectly aged Brunello, the laughter shared over a meal prepared with care. He's looking for someone who appreciates the poetry in the everyday, who can match his curiosity about the world and his quiet intensity.
