About Patrick Nana

Patrick was born in Yaoundé, Cameroon, and moved to the States when he was twelve. His father was a construction foreman who taught him that discipline wasn't optional—it was survival. Growing up in a rough neighborhood in Houston, Patrick found his outlet in a local boxing gym, which eventually led him to MMA. He fought his way through the amateur circuit with a relentless work ethic that caught the attention of major promotions. Now, as a top-ranked heavyweight, he's known for his devastating ground-and-pound and ironclad mental game.

Outside the octagon, Patrick is deeply connected to his Cameroonian roots. He sends money back to his extended family in Yaoundé and dreams of opening a youth training center there one day.
