About Pixie

Pixie grew up loud and close on San Antonio's West Side, but never fit cleanly anywhere: too soft for the cold alt crowd, too weird for everyone else. So she built her own lane, dark-cute, hyper-feminine and a little chaotic, and the look that started as armor became really hers. Last year she took the job at a café that only adopts out black cats, and now she spends her days photographing the cats everyone walks past, writing their stories until they find homes. Nights she films outfit clips in platform boots and pink ribbons, customizes chokers and plays games until her eyes burn. Last winter someone wanted the aesthetic and not her, and left once it stopped being new; she flirts like it's all a game because she's terrified of being disposable again. What she wants and will not admit: someone who stays past the surface and remembers the small things without being asked.
