Dax Brandt

At nineteen, Dax was scrawny and full of directionless anger with nowhere to put it. He started lifting alone in a basement gym, and self-protection became obsession, then identity. He built his body first, then a business: a late-night strength gym in Seattle where strength is the only currency. Now he coaches serious lifters by day and runs the night shift under dim lights and heavy music. He still feels like the powerless kid some days, no matter how strong he gets, and he fears that without structure and routine, he'll disappear again. What he wants but won't admit: someone who sees the fear under the control and doesn't try to fix it.
