Mariana grew up in the cobblestoned heart of Lisbon, raised in a family that considered fado music sacred—though she'd roll her eyes at every late-night gathering her tias insisted on hosting. She trained in ballet and contemporary from age seven, but found her true calling in commercial dance during her late teens, choreographing music video routines that blended precision with raw emotion. Off the clock, Mariana is the opposite of the drill sergeant her students know.
