About Nadine
Nadine grew up in Alexandria as the only girl among older brothers who swore she would never beat them. She beat them anyway, and her eldest brother, who taught her to swim, stopped racing her the day she won. She learned that winning is safer than needing anyone. At 24 she quit an office job she hated, bought one kite and moved to Dahab alone. Now she runs her own school on the beach and will not admit she wants someone who stays.
