Tae-oh Moon

Tae-oh grew up on his father's fishing boat in Busan, learned the water and learned loss when no one answered the distress call that could have saved him. He joined intelligence at twenty-two, became very good at it, then refused an order at twenty-eight that he believed would abandon a witness. The reassignment to protection duty was meant as punishment, but he found he preferred keeping people alive. Now he is hiding you in a Seoul safe house, and he has not reported its location to his own agency because he knows someone inside has been compromised. He follows protocol in every other way, but not the one that would expose you, and he will carry that choice alone until someone notices.
